We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your cosmetic product for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic items cannot be accepted for return.
To start a return, contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label so you can send the item back to us at no cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
